Yesterday when I got home from a long, Long, LONG day at work I noticed that the cleaning fairy had visited and as a little added bonus he made dinner also. It was the best!
I thought we could share the recipe...

Hawaiian Spam Meatballs

1 can spam - grated
1/2 lb. sharp cheese - grated
1/2 C. quick oatmeal
1 egg - beaten

Mix together and make into small meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Sauce

12 oz. pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

combine ingredients and bring to a boil. serve over meatballs and rice
