The beaches in Sea Side were fun, packed with little kids flying kits and swinging. It was a long walk from the sidewalk to the actual water, maybe a half mile. The weather was horrible 50 degrees with a constant See Mist. We didn't spend too much time at the beach because of it.

Doug is a brave little man. He laughed so hard when the frigged waves crashed on his legs.
Just imagine... he made it to the Atlantic before the Pacific.
The next day was as clear as it could be, still a little chilly. 
The hotels at Cannon Beach set up these cute wind breakers and umbrellas for anyone to use.
Relaxed!!!
I needed to take off those shoes, not so relaxing.
